Bio: Helios is Raphael Pepi, a San Francisco native and resident DJ @ Synchronize that has been producing & playing music for over 10 years. He first discovered Trance music in the mid 90's through the experimental years of raves that had all types of electronic music from Drum&Bass to Happy Hardcore. Armed with a degree in audio engineering & a passion for sound, Helios creates music as well as master...ing, production, 3d sound mixing, & live sound engineering. Working in Surround Sound, Helios has produced multiple 3D Sound performances that must be experienced to be believed!

Also, this is a special night because it's the last FiX under current ownership.  Shine has been sold; the new ownership takes over in August.  So, it's with a special feeling of nostalgia that we celebrate on this night, the past 6 years of throwing FiXes with Matt and Trip (& Nate & Chef Ben)...so long, guys, and thanks for all the memories!  We will miss seeing them behind the bar, and we wish them all the best of luck with their future endeavors (We should all check out "Sleep" and "Sauce"!).

Jason Apple, aka Ground Control, is a San Francisco based bass music producer and DJ. His productions draw heavily from bassline and early rave music, with stops on the way at breakbeat, funky, and electro, and dubstep.
