The Legendary FiX 4 Yr Anniversary Party!
Bursting onto the scene in 2006 amidst a flurry of hype, Sharooz's whirlwind debut 'Hell Yeah' became one of the club records of that year, winning the support of the world's biggest DJs: Roger Sanchez aired it at his Release Yourself party at Space Miami, David Guetta played it to 20,000 people at Sensation White, DJ Dan spun it live on his Essential Mix at the Ultra Festival in Miami, XFM lauded it, Capital FM applauded it, Galaxy FM mashed it up and DMC placed it at no.2 in their Buzz and Cool Cuts Chart. Played numerous times on Radio 1 by Judge Jules and Pete Tong, it appeared on compilations in Germany, France, Spain, Russia, Japan and of course the UK, on Ministry of Sound's Mash-Up, topping the UK compilation charts and selling over 60,000 units.
Capitalizing on this success, Sharooz completed a brace of remixes for a diverse range of labels such as Record Makers, Audacious and Mofo Hifi. In early 2007 Sharooz released the dance floor devastating 12s" 'The Worm' on Royal Flush and 'Masterblaster' on Milk & Sugar. During this time his DJ profile began to rise, performing at world class venues alongside such luminaries as Pete Tong, Marshall Jefferson, Jody Wisternoff and even Shaun Ryder. With the release of much-vaunted 4th single 'The Knock' also on Rotor Recordings, the gig offers increased, with shows as far a field as Serbia, Switzerland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, USA and France. Sharooz rounded off the year with potent floor filler 'My Distressor' on Mofo Hifi - garnering support from the likes of Mason and DJ Dan.
2008 was a busy year with Sharooz receiving Remix Magazine's Product of the Year award for his production of the Sample Magic sample disc 'Electro-House' and the release of 'Sextitude' on DJ Dan's Instereo imprint with remixes from the hotly tipped Ed Kane and Phonat. Awarded Kiss FM's 'One For The Weekend', and supported by the likes D.Ramirez, Malente and Will Bailey, it eventually charted at no.29 on Beatport. June marked Sharooz's first foray into major label remix territory with a big-room dub of Craig David's 'Hot Stuff' on Warner Brothers. In November, Sharooz scored one of the year's biggest selling dance downloads with 'Get Off' on Miles Dyson's Plasmapool label. Supported by the likes of 2 Many DJs, Moby, Mylo, Erol Alkan, Boys Noize, Kissy Sell Out, Dada Life, BBC Radio 1, Virgin, Galaxy and Kiss FM it peaked at no.6 on the Beatport charts, remaining in the top 10 for over 6 weeks and also taking the no.1 slot on Trackitdown for over 2 months.
2009 has been another sterling year, with 2 successive US tours completed, a 4 page feature in Future Music magazine and remixes for Dylan Rhymes, Hardcore Uproar's classic 'Together' and a collaboration with Kelevra and MC Flipside on PBR Recordings. 8th single 'Adrenalize' on Mofo Hifi was released in August, winning the support of Fake Blood, Steve Aoki, Adam Freeland, Grum and may more. In November, Sharooz was asked by Moby to remix the third single 'One Time We Lived' from his 'Wait For Me' album. Supported by a slew of A-list DJs including the mighty Tiesto, it peaked at no.22 on the Beatport charts. With a slew of remixes and original productions due for release in the fall, Sharooz continues to break new ground and further cement his name in the underground dance music hierarchy.

Pumpkin FiX [Sat, Oct 17th]
Pumpkin (formerly known in the underground DJ world as Nick the Neck) is the producer and music curator behind the Wandering Marionettes and their eclectic monthly event, Kabinet Theatre. While his production style is often dark and cinematic, his DJ style is a melange of dubby tech-house, downtempo, trip-hop and alt-indie remixes. Tactfully walking the thin line between hip-grinding rhythms and bittersweet lyrical melodies, Pumpkin truly loves every song he shares with the dancefloor.
Aside from being the resident maestro at Kabinet Theatre, Pumpkin is a regular fixture at events from the warehouses of L.A. and S.F. to the beaches and deserts of Mexico.

FiX the Satellite!
Just who is Scott Carrelli? Genre-defying DJ? Brilliant promoter? Admirable chef? Club visionary, perhaps? When the man takes a break from his tireless work, what does he write for his job description? Combining deep, funky, minimal tech, and tech house, the essence of a Scott Carrelli DJ set is being in the moment and having a connection to the dancefloor.
Scott Carrelli attributes his success to mentor and occasional tag-team partner, Spesh, of the successful production team Jondi & Spesh. It was Spesh's recognition of Scott's unique style that landed him his residency at Qoöl, the world famous "clubbing at happy hour" spot and San Francisco's longest running weekly.
The future continues to look bright for Scott. SatelliteSF keeps him busy every week, and he is making his presence known over the airwaves, hosting a monthly show on Frisky Radio and has been featured on Proton Radio and Australia’s Triple J. With successful releases on Looq Records he’s looking forward to more time on the airwaves, in the studio and on the decks.

Soooo DIRTY FiX
DIRTY started playing the guitar at a young age, but found himself tweaking the amp knobs and wanking the whammy bar more than studying for his theory exams. Proving to be more than just a knob fetish, DIRTY’s interest led him in to a full-fledged career in sound engineering by age 19.
DIRTY’s impressive slew of original productions and remixes vary from his emotional downtempo compositions to warm musical, epic and grimey dance beats. His records can be found in the boxes of some of the biggest DJs in the world (Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Sasha, Digweed, Paul Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten, Dave Seaman, Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, Matt Darey, Desyn Masiello and Doc Martin etc.). Having numerous top 10 hits on record pools and charts, his extensive discography reaches beyond releases on electronic labels to radio, web, video games and film.
Fresh off of the poolside at 3 Degrees Brian Maier is going to be heating up the dancefloor with music that got peoples booties bumping over the fourth of July, He has come a long way from making mixes using Winap back in the old days. Brian has is not exactly new to San Francisco, but we have only just recently discovered this gem. We are sure his buddines Aaron and Mark would be proud of the sound that moves this man today.
We will also be hosting 3 Degrees this month - the Raffle for the Photo Exhibition. The drawing will be for the limited edition Photo Books & Canvas Prints. Visit http://www.3degreessf.com/ for details.

Syd has contributed and propelled the San Francisco dance scene by formulating great parties for over decade through Opel Productions and Opulent Temple at Burning Man. Syd consistently brings solid parties with that under and above-ground vibe to the best clubs and spaces in SF. Syd has put just as much focus on being a DJ as he has a promoter while playing along side the biggest names in the business. Syd caters to a unique weave of electro, dirty house, indie/nu-disco and breakbeats, as well as progressive and tech trance.

ICON FiX
DJ ICON, also known as Connie Wong, has always found a way to express herself through performance. Born in Kowloon, Hong Kong and moving to the US in her early childhood, she was a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area for most of her life until she moved to New York in January of 2001. ICON began her musical journey as a violinist during her childhood. Later, she evolved into a different kind of performer, a contortionist in a local San Francisco circus. After experimenting with these arts, she finally found her niche much later when she discovered electronic music.
ICON entered the SF underground dance culture in 1996 when the Trance scene was first starting to erupt. At the time she was an avid follower of punk rock. Nevertheless, she immediately acquired a love for electronic music and quickly became a prominent member of the "rave" scene first as a supporter, then as a DJ and Promoter. ICON is proud to be one of San Francisco's first female DJ's in to rise in the ranks in the former male dominated scene.
